Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Field Service team in the Paris Area. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers in the field and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Lutron's portfolio of products
- Commission and service Lutron systems at customer sites
- Deliver exemplary customer service to Lutron customers in the field
- Coordinate with on-site contractors, lighting designers, and facility managers to ensure proper system installation and handover
- Sell Lutron's service products, such as service contracts, and system upgrades
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French (other languages would be an advantage)
- Proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing Lutron Systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
