About the Role
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all aspects of their spa experience, from check-in to check-out. You will be responsible for:
- Providing warm and welcoming service to our guests
- Managing spa bookings and reservations
- Processing payments and handling guest inquiries
- Collaborating with our spa team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in the use of office automation tools and software such as Concept Spa
- Previous experience in a hotel or spa environment
- Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience
