The Opportunity: Training Program Assistant

Our Human Relations and Transformation Directorate is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic Training department. This department plays a crucial role in identifying training needs across various departments, developing skills development plans aligned with business objectives, and overseeing their successful implementation.

As a Training Program Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to the department's projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Contributing to departmental projects by assisting with research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of training programs, from participant registration and communication to monitoring progress and conducting evaluations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on projects, working groups, and meetings, contributing your insights and ideas.
  • Creating engaging communication materials such as infographics and videos to promote training initiatives.
  • Assisting in the administrative management of training programs, including proposal development, session organization, and learner support.
  • Preparing meeting materials, presentations, and reports for workshops and internal meetings.
