This role is pivotal in guaranteeing the precision, quality, and adherence of both promotional and non-promotional materials, in accordance with local and European regulatory frameworks.

As the Final Medical Signatory for France, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that all materials are scientifically valid, ethically responsible, and compliant with pertinent regulations (e.g., ANSM, CSP). Furthermore, you will contribute to strategic discussions and the execution of projects within the Medical Content Development and Medical Information divisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist ('Pharmacien Responsable')
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years of expertise in medical review processes that align with the practice conditions defined by the CSP (art. R to R)
  • Proficiency in both French and English
  • Familiarity with regulatory systems such as Veeva Vault is advantageous.

You will work in a matrix environment, engaging with leadership to achieve successful outcomes for assigned projects.

Ideal candidates will possess a background in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or Medical Communications within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
