Your Role

As a Senior Partner Success Executive (Bilingual French/English speaker), you will play a crucial role in supporting our international partner network, particularly focusing on our French-speaking partners. Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Customer Operations, you will prioritize partner satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster optimal partner experiences by nurturing relationships within your assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Partnerships, Engineering, and Marketing, to address business challenges and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure seamless integration of our AI solutions with partner operations while maintaining expertise across our product offerings.
  • Educate and certify partners on our platform, helping them build internal capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding partner-specific goals and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Communicate ROI effectively, influencing product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, guiding them towards achieving their objectives.
  • Support high-level business reviews with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain close communication with partners, providing ongoing support and resolution strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth operational experience for partners, allowing them to focus on customer retention and growth.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or related fields within a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in managing Enterprise and channel partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
  • Strong consulting skills, sales acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-driven with a focus on delivering value to partners.
  • Analytical and tech-savvy, with proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of SEO.
  • Relevant academic qualifications or vocational training.
