About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Success Manager to join our Client Services team at Amundi Technology. As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful adoption of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Success
    • Develop and execute Client Success Plans to achieve client strategic outcomes
    • Orchestrate the delivery of Client Success Plans across Amundi Technology and beyond
  • Solution Adoption
    • Partner with clients to ensure maximum value realization from Amundi's services
    • Advise on best practices through regular close collaborations
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Monitor and identify ways to continuously improve client satisfaction
  • Client Service Delivery Excellence
    • Accountable for customer request resolution and support team capacity
  • Commercial Expansion
    • Identify upselling opportunities and organize billable man-days with Relationship Managers
  • Governance & Communication
    • Lead monthly operational client meetings and co-lead customer service reviews
    • Report client strategic updates to Amundi Technology executive level
Requirements
  • Master's level degree in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of business experience, with 5+ years in support management
  • Prior experience as a management team lead with plan, resource, and issue/change responsibilities
  • Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation and review
  • Experience within the Asset Management industry or FinTech supporting Asset Managers
  • Knowledge of Investment value chain and Front-to-Back Office processes
Preferred Skills
  • Microsoft Office pack – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Knowledge of different Alto* modules, Jira, Confluence
  • Fluent French and English
