Client Success Executive

The Client Success Executive will be tasked with:

  • Leading clients through their digital evolution with a focus on their objectives and performance metrics
  • Enhancing the value and return on investment from acquired solutions and services
  • Boosting the adoption and utilization of solutions through a structured approach
  • Establishing robust relationships with senior executives across major corporations in Europe
  • Formulating account strategies and crafting success plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Tracking account performance and proactively addressing any challenges
  • Creating a comprehensive post-sale strategy for your portfolio to guarantee clients fully leverage their investments
  • Exhibiting leadership and deep industry knowledge

Profile: This role is also open to candidates with disabilities.

The Client Success Executive should possess a background in account management within the digital marketing sector (including analysis, optimization/conversion, and/or social media).

Experience in managing a substantial, global, and strategic account portfolio at a senior level is essential.

Ideal candidates will be adaptable, determined, and results-driven, with proficiency in English and Spanish. Communication will primarily occur in English within international teams.
