Impact and Innovation

You will be part of the Client Marketing team at Richemont, working closely with Maisons to understand their strategic objectives, business goals, and client needs. Your role will involve facilitating workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design sprints to drive ideation and problem-solving. You will summarize complex information into cohesive stories through presentations, KPIs, analysis, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for restating all meetings, workshops, and committee information, ensuring alignment with stakeholders' visions. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, will be crucial in identifying key best practices within Maisons and the industry to create awareness in the Richemont Client Community.

Requirements and Qualifications

You will be a curious, organized, tech-oriented, creative, and customer-centric individual. Familiarity with design thinking methods is essential. You will be able to capture meeting and workshop information, highlighting key moments and materials. Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create impactful presentations are also required. A current or recent MBA, Master's degree, or PhD in Digital Marketing is preferred. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
