As the Head of Go-to-Market, you'll be responsible for building a strong team, developing a robust marketing and branding strategy, and driving business development initiatives to scale our presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement an efficient process for sourcing, publishing, and managing contracts.
  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy to automate and streamline our sales process.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, focusing on sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales, business development, partnerships, or venture capital.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Native-level English language proficiency.
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate.
