Job Title: Senior Programme Lead - Inside Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Lead to join our Inside Sales team at Computacenter. As a key member of our Operational Business Support & Development (OBSD) team, you will be responsible for delivering programmes of work that support the Inside Sales and Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programmes of work that meet the initial success criteria, are delivered on time and budget, and adopted successfully by users.
  • Oversee the review of programme scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring effective communication methods and utilisation of the LMS system.
  • Track and advise on programme deliverables and tasks, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful programme outcomes.
  • Provide status reporting to stakeholders on progress, issues, and resolutions, and facilitate effective escalation management.
  • Mentor team members in leadership, methodology, approach, stakeholder management, and people skills.
  • Conduct programme reviews, post-implementation reviews, continual improvement reviews, and adoption reviews to ensure programme success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience within the IT industry.
  • Good awareness of the marketplace, industry, and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of how GTS operates.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and goal-oriented work style.
  • High level of cost awareness and customer orientation.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in native language.
  • Ability to converse in English to a very good level.
  • Willingness to travel and experience working across multiple cultures.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Coordinates, organises, and prioritises own work.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Understanding of SLA management and contractual KPI requirements.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Great decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and build strong virtual teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in effective meeting facilitation.
  • Experience in resolution of complex issues.
