Regulatory Affairs Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Team Lead to join our team at ProductLife Group. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and coordinating projects to ensure compliance with European Union regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of regulatory affairs professionals and provide guidance on project coordination and people management.
  • Develop and implement effective organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
  • Work closely with the team to share expertise and ensure process-oriented approaches with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively through oral and written means to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure a sense of responsibility and meeting deadlines is maintained throughout the team.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English language and grammar skills are mandatory.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate software.
  • Good understanding of regulatory tracking database software, eDMS, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Required Education:

Bachelor's or higher graduate degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
