Regulatory Affairs Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Affairs Team Lead to join our team at ProductLife Group. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will be responsible for leading a team of regulatory professionals and coordinating projects to ensure compliance with EU regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of regulatory professionals to ensure compliance with EU regulations
  • Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulatory affairs department, preferably in the EU
  • Proven track record of leading teams and coordinating projects
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of EU regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Language Requirements:

Very good English language and grammar skills are mandatory. Any other language on top of good English would be a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate software
  • Good understanding of regulatory tracking database software, eDMS, MS Word, MS Excel

Education:

Bachelor's or higher graduate degree in a science-related field, or equivalent experience.
