Regulatory Affairs Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Affairs Team Lead to join our team at ProductLife Group. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will be responsible for leading a team of regulatory professionals and coordinating projects to ensure compliance with EU regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of regulatory professionals to ensure compliance with EU regulations
  • Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with EU regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on regulatory matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in EU regulations and ensure team members are aware of any changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulatory affairs department in the European Union
  • Proven experience in leading a team and coordinating projects
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and share expertise
  • Process-oriented with good attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility and meeting deadlines

Language Skills:

Very good English language and grammar skills are mandatory. Any other language on top of good English would be a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate software
  • Good understanding of regulatory tracking database software, eDMS, MS Word, MS Excel

Education:

Bachelor's or higher graduate degree in a science-related field, or equivalent experience.
