Position Overview

In this role, your primary objective will be to guarantee seamless manufacturing and support operations, ensuring no interruptions or deficiencies in facilities. You will uphold 100% compliance with local regulations, as well as Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems and standards. Your responsibilities will encompass the oversight and upkeep of site facilities, buildings, and equipment (both hardware and software).

Key Contributions

You will be responsible for:

Collaborating across functions to devise and execute a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operational plan that serves as a competitive edge for Mondelēz. Partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to establish and achieve goals related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement. Creating a robust governance framework to monitor Operational performance and a continuous Improvement plan aimed at achieving best-in-class standards. Leading and ensuring the effectiveness of the Building Maintenance program and Facilities maintenance capabilities, including repair and overall operations. You will be accountable for ensuring that the business continuity plan and manufacturing standards are comprehended by all employees and service providers on-site, with regular reviews and monitoring for effective execution. Providing leadership and coaching to the Facilities team in the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies, aiming for zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and fostering technical excellence within maintenance and operations teams. Exemplifying core values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, while enhancing skill capabilities across the technical and engineering teams. You will establish a clear succession and resource plan for asset and technology management, identifying and implementing key strategies to attract, retain, and develop essential talent. Engaging with key stakeholders to cultivate and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to meet company objectives and goals.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies, along with a solid understanding of Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). An engineering background with strong financial and business insight, project management capabilities, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, particularly in Progressive Maintenance (PM) and spare parts management. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with proven abilities in coaching, leadership, analytics, problem-solving, and team building.

Educational Background:

Master’s degree or engineering school diploma (Bac+5) A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role

Specific Professional Requirements:

Project management for CAPEX Oversight of new projects Practical experience in TPM and PM Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, WCM, ideally IL6S Results-oriented focus on breakdowns, costs, and losses Performance management expertise Commitment to safety and quality Management skills
