Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

Lallemand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support the development of our Ruminant business. The successful candidate will report to the Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Ruminant Feed Additives and work closely with the Global Ruminant Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Marketing coordinators, including billing process management and communication with service providers and accountancy services.
- Assist in updating the document library, including product documents, test summary documents, and bibliographic collections.
- Take charge of operational marketing action logistics, including special actions repartition, shipment, and follow-up with territories.
- Support event organization and logistics as needed.
- Conduct market surveys, gather data to support market assessments, and conduct market interviews.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including emailing campaigns, multi-channel campaign analysis, and recommendation.
- Update documents and improve the design of PowerPoint presentations.
- Advanced professional English language skills.
- Rigor, organization, and knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in company administration, management, marketing, or market research.
- Ability to work in an international team and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
