Job Title: Administrative and Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support the development of our Ruminant business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Strategic Marketing Manager and the Global Ruminant Marketing team to provide administrative and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing Coordinator, including updating document libraries and managing operational marketing action logistics.
  • Assist with event organization and logistics, as well as work with the commercial sales team to gather information from customer labels and create databases.
  • Conduct market surveys to gather data to support market assessments and conduct market interviews.
  • Support the creation, execution, and sending of internal and external emailing campaigns for the Ruminant team.
  • Update documents and improve the design of PowerPoint presentations using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Requirements:
  • Advanced professional English language skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including emailing tools and Microsoft Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in company administration, management, marketing, or market research.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Marketing intelligence and marketing skills with an interest in agronomy, agriculture, or animal sciences.
