Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

Lallemand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support the development of our Ruminant business. The successful candidate will report to the Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Ruminant Feed Additives and assist the Global Ruminant Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the billing process and communication between service providers and accountancy services
- Assist the Senior Marketing Coordinator in updating the document library
- Manage operational marketing action logistics
- Occasionally support event organization and logistics
- Conduct market surveys and gather data to support market assessments
- Support digital marketing campaigns and analyze performance indicators
- Update documents and improve design using Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced professional English
- Rigor and organization
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor's degree in company administration, management, marketing, or market research
- Master of graphic design software and marketing intelligence
- Interest in agronomy, agriculture, or animal nutrition
