Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assistant Apprentice to embark on a learning journey with us. Under the mentorship of a seasoned professional, you will integrate into a collaborative team where your contributions will be vital. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting the quality manager on-site:
- Conducting product sampling and evaluations (including microbiological assessments)
- Maintaining quality documentation and performing administrative duties
- Engaging in client audits
- Developing and tracking quality metrics for the facility
- Fostering quality management practices:
- Encouraging a quality-centric culture within the organization
- Providing training and awareness sessions for team members
- Organizing documentation for the facility and validating processes
The ideal candidate will possess a Bac+2 qualification and is keen to specialize in Quality within the agri-food sector through this apprenticeship. You should have strong interpersonal abilities, a passion for teamwork, and a hands-on approach to tasks. Attributes such as diligence, organization, and adaptability are essential.
