Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Vice President in Debt Advisory. This position is pivotal in enhancing our firm's capabilities in providing strategic financial guidance to our clients.

We offer comprehensive advisory services to entrepreneurs, corporations, and top-tier investors in Europe, facilitating transactions such as strategic mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and private placements. Established in 2003, our firm has successfully executed over 400 transactions with dynamic technology startups, established corporations, and distinguished financial investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Origination: Develop and maintain diverse deal sourcing channels through in-depth market research and ongoing engagement with companies and investors to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Prospect Identification: Actively seek out new business prospects.
  3. Marketing Initiatives: Engage in marketing and communication efforts, including the preparation of detailed sector research reports.
  4. Presentation Preparation: Create compelling commercial presentations and pitches for potential collaborations with companies, corporations, and investors.
  5. Transaction Execution: Lead the debt advisory process, overseeing the preparation of comprehensive information memoranda and presentations, including industry analyses and strategic reviews. This includes analyzing and modeling business plans, managing due diligence, and supporting final legal negotiations.
  6. Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage junior Analysts and Associates throughout the transaction process, ensuring effective execution.
  7. Training and Development: Assist in developing execution standards and provide training for junior professionals.
  8. Company Development: Contribute to the overall growth and development of the firm through transversal projects.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-sufficient individual with proven analytical, financial, and client-oriented skills in debt advisory. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 10-15 years of experience in the debt advisory sector.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
  • A solid academic background, preferably from top-tier European business or engineering institutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English; proficiency in German, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
