We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager - CSM to join our team at DiliTrust. As a key member of our Commercial Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients' organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B software or technology company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
