We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager in the AXA Group's Global Underwriting Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our global underwriting strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the AXA Group, including Group Functions, AXA Entities, and external partners.
- Drive the implementation of business requirements and processes to support the GUO's strategic priorities, including the development of a clear roadmap for procurement and outsourced services.
- Collaborate with the GUO Head of Operations and Engagement to ensure the effective management of procurement and outsourced services, including the development of a register of external partnerships and the monitoring of key metrics.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the provision of guidance and support as needed.
- Drive efficiency and cost savings through the negotiation of contracts with external partners and the development of clear business requirements for outsourced relationships.
- Proven experience in strategic partnership development and management, with a strong understanding of business processes and procurement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Fluent French and English language skills, with Spanish a plus.
