Our client, a prominent player in the production of specialized machinery, is seeking a Customer Support and Sales Coordinator for a permanent role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer service operations for spare parts within your designated region.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding spare parts, create quotations, and manage order processing. Monitor offers, expenses, and part identification with technical assistance. Ensure order availability and confirm delivery schedules. Coordinate shipping and export documentation.
  • Handle exceptional cases, validate invoices, and offer customer support as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or relevant experience in technical inventory management or customer service.
  • Proficient in office software and ERP systems. Fluent in English. A keen interest in the industrial field.
