Role Overview:

  • Facilitate internal communications for the One Safety initiative
    • Assist in the creation and execution of internal communication resources and events.
    • Generate and disseminate pertinent information to various teams in alignment with the communication strategy.
  • Collaborate on SharePoint initiatives
    • Deliver graphic resources to enhance the functionality of SharePoint.
  • Contribute to content development
    • Engage in the production of communication materials, ensuring alignment with the project's messaging and brand identity.
    • Craft visually appealing materials utilizing graphic design tools.
    • Produce straightforward videos and presentations using PowerPoint.
    • Develop communication posts for internal platforms.
  • Potential participation in a new initiative focused on organizational change.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing studies in communications, marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English.
  • Proficient in graphic design applications for creating visual support materials.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
