Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator to join our team in Courbevoie, France.
Job Summary:We are looking for a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Quality & Environment related studies to support our Environmental and Quality Management initiatives across EMEA. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and extending ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, track the implementation of action plans, and coordinate carbon footprint assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Environmental and Quality Management: Support certification audits, track the implementation of action plans, and coordinate carbon footprint assessments.
- Assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing, and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
- Maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives.
Promote the adoption of eco-responsible principles and practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:Contribute to client tenders/RFIs responses, promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities, and regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.Requirements:
Master's degree in Quality & Environment related studies, business fluent French and English, flexible and geographically mobile, strong project management and coordination skills, rigorous, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
