We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BYD France. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and daily operations of our office in France. This includes providing a good working and living environment for our colleagues and branch offices.
The Administrative Coordinator will be the main interface for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring a reliable office environment. They will also be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols and streamlining administrative procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and good skills with PowerPoint. They will also have knowledge of modern archiving and documentation methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiates, plans, prepares, and organizes various meetings with other departments
- Conducts reception tasks and is the first point of contact for visitors and operational organizational matters
- Coordinates event-related lunches, social events, and special occasions
- Manages office stock, inventories, orders, and overall cleanliness of the office
- Works closely with relevant providers to ensure a reliable office environment
