Our Tech TeamOur global Tech team operates in an agile manner, driving innovation and efficiency in our dynamic product organisation. As a key player in our agile setup, you'll have the opportunity to enhance efficiency, foster creativity, and play a pivotal role in shaping the path of our cutting-edge products.
The Managed Cloud Product PortfolioThe Managed Cloud Product portfolio is responsible for:
- On Premise and Cloud Data Centres compute capabilities
- Server management at the operating system level and below
- Backup, Restoration, and Disaster Recovery management
- Secure by default the compute capabilities at all technologies layers
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, managing backlog, updating priorities through captured local needs & feedbacks, ensuring the delivery of Business Value.
- Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translate them into Features and User stories
- Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads
- Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad
- Contribute to product vision definition
- Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery
- Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO's inputs
- Drive system demo activities and roll-out plan in collaboration with the Business Process Owners and the Proximity teams
- Track product performance and value realization upon defined KPI's
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 5+ years experience in managing on premise data centers
- 5+ years experience with Azure IaaS
- 5+ years with server management (O/S management, O/S patching, backup, DR)
- Experience within a Technology/IT product-based organisation
- Good understanding and/or experience with agile practices
