Global Tech - BI & Analytics Chapter Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Tech - BI & Analytics Chapter Lead to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a key member of our global Tech team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. You will be responsible for defining the chapter agenda, managing chapter members, and driving chapter community management. You will also be responsible for providing insights and expertise to chapter members, identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define chapter agenda and manage chapter members
  • Drive chapter community management and provide insights and expertise to chapter members
  • Identify and mitigate risks and oversee governance and reporting
  • Manage chapter members and ensure optimal allocation of resources across squads
  • Coordinate with Tech leadership in case of conflict/issues
Requirements
  • Strong background in business intelligence and analytics
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ways of working
