Ocean Export Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage freight receipt and prepare shipments for export.
- Organize the collection and delivery of goods, ensuring timely processing.
- Prepare and issue transport documents, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and update records in our operational system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Adhere to Expeditors' standard KPIs and procedures.
- Understand and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Accurately invoice customers and dispatch invoices in a timely manner.
- Provide complete documentation to our customs department.
- Request quotes from carriers and shipping companies, creating competitive pricing offers.

Qualifications
- 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- College graduate or above / Minimum of a Bac +2 in Transport, International Trade, or Logistics.
- Global logistics industry knowledge and understanding of ocean documentation process.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong listening and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
