You will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of feedback and insights gathered from the survey. This information will be instrumental in informing strategic decisions and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the engagement survey process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze survey data and prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on survey findings to address employee concerns and enhance engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Employee Experience program.
