About the Role
We are seeking a Key Account Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Suresnes, France. As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 people to ensure optimal customer service and to help Bel become a preferred supplier.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot the order-to-cash cycle
- Ensure good relations between Bel France and customers on all logistics and supply chain issues
- Manage administrative tasks and negotiate logistics penalties
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects for customer service and interact with various departments, including Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Legal, Quality, and DSI
- Be the primary contact for regional managers and key national accounts, accounting, finance, and other internal services
- Be responsible for transverse projects and activities, and be a SAP reference for understanding flows, EDI parameterization, and other Masterdata aspects
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or commercial roles, with a first management experience
- Leadership skills to direct and engage teams to achieve operations and accompany them in changes
- Manager coach skills to develop analytical skills and promote reflection
- Collaboration skills to interact, collaborate, and influence diverse partners to improve our way of operating and create value
- Reactivity and agility to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs and tensions
- Knowledge of customer service through previous experience or strong interaction with this service
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Analytical skills to pilot and animate KPIs
- Experience in managing a multicultural team
- Previous experience in negotiation with a client or supplier
