Stage Key Account Manager-KAM Junior H/F
Job DescriptionAs a Stage Key Account Manager-KAM Junior H/F, you will have the opportunity to support Key Account Managers in their daily management of retail chains and assist them in deploying our new product generations to our clients, aimed at improving the quality of life for everyone on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of client accounts (ALDI, LIDL, Monoprix) autonomously
- Participate in annual commercial negotiations
- Implement promotional policies with clients
- Monitor commercial indicators and propose improvement suggestions
- Ensure the follow-up of commercial contracts with the KAM team, pricing officer, and finance
- Update, analyze, and track activity reporting: client data sharing, daily sales tracking, participation in commercial meetings with KAMs
You will be part of the Personal Health division of Philips and report to the commercial management of the Large and Medium Surface Sales Channels (Leclerc, Système U, Carrefour, Intermarché...) in the PEM (Small Electrical Appliances) and DPH (Cosmetics, Perfumery, and Hygiene) departments. You will work closely with a team of Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to promote all Philips products.
Requirements- Master's degree in commerce/ sales (Bac +4/5)
- Available from January 2025
- Ideally, you have a first experience in sales or marketing operations
- You are curious, motivated, proactive, rigorous, and adaptable
- You are autonomous and enjoy challenges
- You master English and Microsoft Office tools (good level of Excel)
