Intégrateur Account Manager

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Intégrateur Account Manager qui partagera notre vision et nous aidera à atteindre nos objectifs.

Missions
  • Gestion de la relation avec les intégrateurs : Vous serez responsable du suivi quotidien des intégrateurs partenaires, en veillant à répondre rapidement à leurs besoins et à résoudre efficacement tout problème ou question lié au déploiement et au maintien de nos solutions en production.
  • Accompagnement et support technique : Vous collaborerez avec les équipes techniques et support pour aider les intégrateurs à comprendre, déployer et maintenir nos solutions chez les clients finaux.
  • Formation et montée en compétence : Vous gérerez la mise en avant des sessions de formation pour les intégrateurs sur nos technologies, en veillant à ce qu'ils disposent des connaissances nécessaires.
  • Supervision des services après-vente : Vous coordonnerez les demandes de support après-ventes, en permettant un suivi rigoureux des incidents et en garantissant la satisfaction des intégrateurs grâce à la réactivité et l'efficacité des services proposés par les intégrateurs.
  • Gestion des contrats de services : Vous assurerez le suivi et la conformité des accords de niveaux de service, en veillant à ce que les engagements pris soient respectés par les intégrateurs.
  • Feedback et amélioration continue : vous remonterez les retours d'expérience des intégrateurs et des utilisateurs finaux aux équipes internes (R&D, Support, Commercial) pour contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos produits et services.
Compétences requises
  • Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Robotique, relation client, ou tout autre domaine en lien avec le poste
  • 7 ans d'expérience sur des missions similaires
  • Compétences en relation client et respect des niveaux de service au sein d'un secteur industriel
  • Capacité à gérer les problèmes liant mécanique et logiciel
  • Compétences en communication et en reporting
  • Anglais courant et Allemand courant obligatoire
