Join Exotec's Robotics Revolution

We're redefining the relationship between humans and robots at Exotec, and we're looking for a talented Service Account Manager to join our team

As a key member of our Integrator Success team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our integrator partners. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the needs and requirements of our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of integrator accounts
  • Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with integrators
  • Ensuring Exotec achieves performance metrics for managed integrator accounts
  • Coordinating with the Integrator Success team to meet integrator needs and requirements
  • Being the key point of contact between integrators and Exotec
  • Supporting the resolution of key issues faced by integrators and dealing with complaints to maintain trust
  • Preparing business reviews with integrators and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree with a specialization in robotics, customer relations, or a related field
  • 7 years' experience in a similar position
  • Strong customer relations and service level skills within an industrial sector
  • Ability to manage problems linking mechanics and software
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Fluent English and German required
