Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Commercial Representative to join our team at maRHion. As a Commercial Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy solutions to individuals in the Béziers area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop a client base of individuals in the Béziers area.
  • Negotiate sales contracts.
  • Participate in local events to develop your network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare sales activity reports and sales forecasts.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various situations and evolve in a constantly changing environment.
  • Autonomy: Ability to organize and work independently.

  • Customer-oriented and relational skills: Strong customer focus and ability to establish solid and lasting relationships.
  • Strong network: A network of contacts in the Béziers area is a major asset for this position.

What We Offer:

  • No prior sales experience is required, as we believe in your potential and are willing to train and support you in your success.
  • Permit B is required.
  • Compensation: No fixed salary – Attractive, non-plafonded compensation based on a commission on the generated sales revenue.
  • Location: Based in Béziers, with 1 mandatory meeting per week on site.
  • Accompaniment and Training: Upon arrival, you will benefit from personalized accompaniment and follow training to familiarize yourself with our products and methods and help you succeed in your missions.
