Role and Responsibilities
The Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc Roussillon is seeking two Senior Client Relationship Managers in Wealth Management to enhance our Grand Nîmes Group Office:
- Establish and nurture premium client relationships by initiating contact with potential clients.
- Assess client potential by analyzing their circumstances and the competitive landscape.
- Engage with high-value clients to conduct comprehensive evaluations of their projects, expectations, and requirements. Propose tailored solutions, with guidance from superiors when necessary, and secure client agreements.
- Conclude sales by preparing and sending contract details in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate client transitions to Specialized Advisors (professionals, Account Managers, etc.).
- Oversee and manage the risk associated with high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the branch through various activities: commercial initiatives, post-sales administrative tasks, updating sales databases, managing incidents, and addressing client complaints.
Candidate Profile and Required Skills
The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and proactive, with a passion for challenges and achieving set objectives. A degree in Banking/Insurance at the bachelor's level is required, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing high-net-worth client portfolios and a solid understanding of the field. This position demands a genuine, diverse, and current technical expertise, coupled with commercial insight and an adaptable approach for various client types. Essential qualities include commercial drive, the ability to understand clients' challenges and needs, negotiation skills, knowledge of wealth management (taxation, life insurance, provident accounting, etc.), attention to detail, and flexibility.
