Role and Responsibilities

The Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc Roussillon is seeking two Wealth Management Client Managers to enhance our Grand Nîmes Group Office:

  • Foster premium client relationships by proactively engaging with prospects and existing clients.
  • Assess client potential by thoroughly understanding their circumstances and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct in-depth meetings with premium clients to analyze their projects, expectations, and requirements. Propose tailored solutions, leveraging support from superiors when necessary, and secure client agreements.
  • Complete the sales process by preparing and sending contract details in line with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate client transitions to Specialized Advisors (such as professionals and Account Managers).
  • Oversee and manage the risk associated with high-end client portfolios.
  • Contribute to the branch's daily operations through various activities, including commercial initiatives, post-sales administrative tasks, updating sales databases, managing incidents, and addressing client complaints.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills

The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and energetic, with a passion for challenges and achieving set goals. A degree in Banking or Insurance at the bachelor's level is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing high-end client portfolios. Expertise in wealth management, including taxation, life insurance, and provident accounting, is essential. This role demands a combination of technical knowledge, commercial insight, and an adaptable approach to diverse client needs. Key attributes include a strong commercial drive, the ability to understand client challenges, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
