Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, prospects, distributors, and internal customers to obtain, maintain, and develop business and meet sales targets in accordance with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote solutions and offer alternatives and best-fitting company components to customers.
  • Input detailed information for the budgeting process.
  • Achieve agreed direct and POS budgets and other financial targets and manage selling price control.
  • Discuss and review Accounts Receivables with customers (only if needed/initiated by AR).
  • Execute company quality policies and procedures and JSOX compliance.
  • Conduct sales calls and occasional customer visits.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and submit same on a timely basis.
  • Identify new and respond to opportunities and requests for quotations.
  • Generate and collate market intelligence on customers/competitors/products.
  • Manage contracts with customers for new and existing contracts and keep them up to date.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with and understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitive landscapes in the electronic and mechanical components business.
  • Continual growth of knowledge base by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, maintaining and growing professional contact networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional trade associations.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, change management, structuring sales quota goals, and revenue expectations.
  • Good knowledge of customer, company, and competitor's products and applications.
  • Ability to write and deliver sales arguments.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of internal computer software (E-Sales, CRM Systems).
  • Proficient in local language and good English skills (+ any other European language).
  • Ability to use non-product price elements in negotiations and to work independently.
  • Well-organized, structured, good communicator, analytical thinker, self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious.
