Their agricultural production is distributed among several significant orchards located in the Loire Valley. Storage facilities are situated nearby, while the majority of packaging occurs in a state-of-the-art factory also located in the vicinity.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Guarantee the operational efficiency, availability, and dependability of all organizational equipment
- Address and resolve issues related to machinery, infrastructure, and equipment
- Prioritize interventions based on management directives and operational requirements
- Oversee the coordination of external contractors, manage equipment acquisitions, and maintain inventory for maintenance supplies
- Suggest and implement technical enhancements
- Provide training and assistance to teams regarding first-level maintenance
- Develop and track departmental budgets
- Higher education in industrial maintenance (Bac +2 or equivalent)
- Experience in the agri-food sector or fruit processing is preferred
- Proactive individual with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
- Technical expertise in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electricity, Robotics, Automation, and Refrigeration Conservation
- Electrical certification is mandatory
- Permanent contract - Administrative or Managerial status based on qualifications.
- Competitive fixed and variable salary starting from 40K¤ gross with 13th-month remuneration
