We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as Head of HR, Europe. As a key member of our Global People Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to drive business growth and scalability
- Lead the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and workplace culture initiatives
- Oversee payroll operations in France and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws
- Lead recruitment efforts in France and source top talent across all departments
- Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform decision-making
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Deep understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
