Job Overview
The HR Excellence Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the best employee experience at Deezer. This role involves working closely with the HR Operations Director and HRBP to provide support to employees, managers, and HR operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, follow up on employee life cycles, and handle day-to-day employee topics.
- Establish and advise on HR rules and policies applicable in different countries.
- Develop and implement new ideas to ensure the best employee experience.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- HR Data & Tools: Optimize the use of HR tools, ensure their proper utilization, and improve the reliability and efficiency of HR processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous HR experience in HR support.
- Excellent organization skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and interest in optimizing work processes.
- Positive and team player mindset, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
