To bolster our Demand Planning Department for Estée Lauder and Origins, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Demand Planner Assistant EMEA for a six-month internship at our EMEA headquarters in the Paris area.
Your Role- Develop accurate sales forecasts for one of our esteemed brands.
- Collaborate with regional and affiliate marketing teams to forecast new product launches.
- Conduct monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) analysis to identify root causes of forecast variance and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with our statistical provider to refine historical data and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain master data to accurately reflect the lifecycle of products.
- Manage the usage plan for promotional items in collaboration with affiliate marketing teams.
- Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead in preparing S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.
You will play a crucial role in optimizing our demand planning processes, contributing to the success of our brands and driving business growth.
Your Profile- Pursuing a degree in engineering or business school, or holding a postgraduate qualification with a focus on supply chain management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and effectively within a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Familiarity with Access or SAP would be advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills, enabling you to confidently participate in meetings and phone calls conducted in English.
