Job SummaryWe are seeking a Regional Demand Planning Assistant EMEA for a 6-month internship in our EMEA offices in Paris. The successful candidate will support our Demand Planning Department on Estée Lauder and Origins.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate sales forecasts for one brand from our portfolio.
- Produce and maintain forecasts of New Product Launches in collaboration with regional and affiliate marketing teams.
- Conduct monthly KPI analysis to identify root causes of forecast variance and undertake corrective actions.
- Collaborate with our statistical provider to clean historical events and improve accuracy.
- Manage master data to reflect life cycles of products.
- Maintain the usage plan of promotional items in collaboration with affiliate marketing teams.
- Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead on S&OP meetings preparation.
- Process improvement: Deploy a NPL forecasting tool and process on the brand.
- Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
- Strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Access or SAP would be a plus.
- Must be fully proficient in English, able to follow English-language meetings and phone calls.
