Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Commis de Salle to join our team at the Club Dauphin. As a key member of our service staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, working closely with our chefs to prepare and serve delicious meals, and ensuring that every detail is perfect.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing and serving meals to our guests
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Coordinate with our kitchens to ensure seamless service
- Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
Requirements:
- Fluent French language skills
- Good level of English language skills
- Significant experience in 5-star hospitality and luxury service
- Punctuality, motivation, and reactivity
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
