About the Location:
The Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, is a legendary destination on the French Riviera. With its stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and its rich history, this iconic hotel is the perfect place to experience the best of Côte d'Azur chic. As a server in our Club Dauphin restaurant, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced server to join our team at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. As a server, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every meal is a memorable experience. You'll work closely with our chefs and other team members to create a seamless dining experience, and you'll be expected to maintain the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing and serving meals to guests
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure seamless service and efficient food delivery
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Fluent French language skills required
- Good level of English language skills desired
- Significant experience in 5-star hospitality and luxury service
- Punctual, motivated, and reactive
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
