### Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR Operations department, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HRIS tools, including Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, and ADP.
### Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and synthesize HRIS needs to define and implement the HRIS roadmap in coordination with central HR and local HR Teams
* Ensure HRIS consistency and lead the HRIS service delivery approach
* Define and implement HRIS KPIs to measure tools usage and identify action plans
* Manage a team of 5 people, including 4 experts and 1 apprentice, and animate and federate teams around HRIS run and projects
### Qualifications
* Significant experience in HRIS project management (8+ years) in an international environment
* Mastery of HRIS tools and projects, including Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, and ADP
* Fluency in English and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
