Transform HR Processes with SQORUS
We are seeking a seasoned Senior HRIS Consultant to join our team and contribute to our major projects in digital transformation of HR processes.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Project Management: Lead or assist in the management of HRIS projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Business Support: Provide process review, requirements gathering workshops, testing strategy and coordination, and writing specifications to support business needs.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies, design and implement deliverables, provide training, and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition.
- HRIS Strategy and Solution Selection: Assist in the development of HRIS strategies and selection of solutions to meet business needs.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a background in human resources and at least 5 years of experience in HRIS projects. Your skills and experience should include:
- Experience with Talent Management SaaS Solutions: You should have experience with at least one Talent Management SaaS solution, such as Talentsoft, Cornerstone, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Successfactors.
- HR Process Expertise: You should have worked on various HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Performance, Career Development, Training, and Compensation.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: You should be skilled in leading workshops in English, producing high-quality deliverables, and have experience in international and multicultural projects.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
