International Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Engineer to join our team at WATTALPS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales in France and for export, primarily in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new clients in France and Europe, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Commercial Project Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth objectives, enhance the image and reputation of WATTALPS, and participate in national and international trade shows.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and document market trends and competitor activities, update and maintain dashboards and commercial indicators for sales forecasts and performance, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles, with proven expertise in managing complex sales projects, especially with OEM or integrator clients.
- Higher education in commerce and/or marketing supplemented by technical training, or substantial experience and understanding of technical products and environments.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with German being a significant advantage.
- Proficient in office suite, CRM, and/or CPQ experience is a plus.
- Hunter/developer profile, capable of handling the pressure of long sales cycles.
- Ability to adapt to the constantly evolving environment of a start-up.
- Team player with a variety of different stakeholders.
- Curious, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
This position offers a unique opportunity to be based in France, Germany, Scandinavia, or The Netherlands, with frequent travel around Europe, especially in France.
