We are currently seeking an Engineer in Methods and Operations / Supply Chain to assist in the development of a prestigious defense client. This role involves collaboration with diverse teams to enhance or create flow, storage, and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Collaborating in team and organizational sizing aligned with client needs.
- Crafting a roadmap for continuous improvement initiatives and directly managing the deployment of human resources, equipment, infrastructure, IT, and quality standards.
- Proactively suggesting enhancements to client services.
- Prioritizing safety in all activities and maintaining daily vigilance. - Lean Methodology:
- Executing Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Utilizing traditional Kaizen techniques.
- Addressing performance discrepancies with a systematic approach.
- Empowering operational teams and tailoring support to foster their autonomy.
- Ensuring the sustainability of initiatives undertaken by IDEA.
- Supporting operations managers in activity oversight during their absence.
Candidate Profile:
