Overview of Workplace, Network, Identity Controlling Manager role
The Workplace, Network, Identity Controlling Manager is responsible for Cost Controlling of Workplace, Network & Identity IT Products. This role acts as a trustful partner for Business (Group CIO Division) and Accounting in all aspects: budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, closing & reporting.
Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to coordinate all Cost Controlling activities under scope: budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, closing & reporting. The manager will develop insights & recognized technical expertise on numbers under scope, manage a dedicated Controller Team, and build trust with Business teams through advice, support, and positive challenge.
Your Profile
Leadership Capabilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, full English proficiency, integrity, problem-solving skills, and a process focus.
Education & Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, with financial skills, understanding of business economics, business case foundations, and proven experience in Controlling. Additionally, the candidate should have good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
