Ambitious Product Strategist for Identity Management

AXA Group Operations, a leading global insurance company, is seeking an experienced and skilled Ambitious Product Strategist to join our team in the Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE).

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Identity Management platform, LISA. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM concepts, solutions, and services, as well as experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Mission Objectives:

  • To act as an IAM Product Owner, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and global strategy.
  • To manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, estimated, and refined.
  • To create and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and other relevant materials.
  • To guarantee IAM delivery consistency and quality by reviewing quality and alignment between AXA entity deployment objectives and delivery.
  • To support IAM Quality of Service by acting as an escalation point for complex IAM IPCs and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational organisation and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience in IAM concepts, solutions, and services, including identity management and authorizations, authentication/access control.
  • Familiarity with IT topics, such as network, workplace, and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, to track project progress and communicate with team members.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international/multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to motivate and guide members of the development team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
